How we use it

To run the marketplace: authenticate you, match you with the right expert/client, process payments, send booking notifications, and respond to your queries.

Data we DON'T sell

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Ever.

Payment security

All payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1). We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials on our servers.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and personal data anytime by emailing info@2ndinnings.digital. We will comply within 30 days.

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party trackers or advertising cookies.
